Polycomp OS8 is a coating system for parking decks and industrial floors – it provides pedestrians and vehicles a slip-resistant surface. This system complies with the DIN EN 1504-2 and DIN V 18026 standards.
Polycomp OS8 is installed seamlessly and optimally protects surfaces. High abrasion resistance as well as good chemical resistance against oil, petrol, diesel, and de-icing salt are characteristic to Polycomp OS8. At a layer thickness of ≥1.5 mm, Polycomp OS8 complies with the DIN EN 13813 standard; at a layer thickness of ≥2.5 mm, Polycomp OS8 complies with the DIN EN 1504-2 and DIN V 18026 standards.
The system is available in a variety of colours. Polycomp OS8 has been certified in accordance with fire classification Bfl-s1.
Reliable floor coatings in all type of weather
Polycomp OS 11A is a coating system with slip-resistant properties for parking decks and bridge pavements. Seamless application provides reliable waterproofing. The separate floating layer as well as the wear and blinding layers provide dynamic crack bridging in accordance with EN 1062-7 Class B3.2 (-20˚C).
The system is characterised by its very high abrasion resistance and is chemically stable against oil, petrol, diesel as well as de-icing salt. Polycomp OS 11A is available in many colours and promises very good UV and colour shade durability due to PU sealing. The system is classified in accordance with the fire protection class Bfl-s1.
Optimal floor coatings for parking decks
Polycomp OS 11B is a coating system with slip-resistant properties for intermediate decks in multi-storey and underground car parks. Seamless application provides reliable waterproofing. The combined floating and blinding layers provide increased dynamic crack bridging in accordance with EN 1062-7 Class B3.2 (-20˚C).
The system is characterised by its high abrasion resistance and is chemically stable against oil, petrol, diesel as well as deicing salt. Polycomp OS 11B is available in many colours and promises very good UV and colour shade durability due to PU sealing. The system is certified according to fire classification class Bfl-s1.
Efficient all-round coatings for surfaces under low stress
Polycomp Protect+ is a low-emission durable top coat that provides good chemical and mechanical durability as well as a wide range of colours.
The system is characterised by good water vapour permeability at simultaneous liquid-tightness. Hydrostatic pressure prevents the formation of bubbles. With regard to mechanical friction, Polycomp Protect+ also provides good abrasion resistance. Polycomp Protect+ is a very low emission product and complies with the AgBB (“Ausschuss zur gesundheitlichen Bewertung von Bauprodukten” – the German Committee for Health-Related Evaluation of Building Products) requirements. Odour transfer to foodstuffs can be excluded.
Polycomp Protect+ adheres very well to concrete and other subsurfaces and allows seamless installation. The system is available in many colours and provides very good colour durability indoors. Polycomp Protect+ has been certified according to fire classification Bfl-s1.
High-grade coating for logistics and production
Polycomp Universal is a versatile epoxy resin coating for medium to heavy mechanical loads and is available in a wide range of colours. Polycomp Universal is extremely abrasion and impact-resistant, has good chemical resistance and meets the European hygiene standards of the EU. A slightly anti-slip property of R9 to R10 can be set.
Polycomp Universal is laid without joints or seams. The floor covering sticks well to cement-based subfloors and is also suitable for surfaces in contact with soil following application of a barrier primer. The surface is liquid-tight. Polycomp Universal is classified in accordance with fire classification Bfl-s1.
Individual design options for functional indoor flooring with Polycomp Comfort
The Polycomp Comfort is a floor covering system for the most varied indoor applications. This floor covering impresses with its comfort when walking and its characteristics protect your joints, while remaining permanently elastic. Its uniform and non-slip surface ensures high abrasion resistance and is suitable for chair castors.
Polycomp Comfort is installed to be free from joints and seams. This floor covering is also suitable for underfloor heating. The system has no hidden cavities, as it is laid in a continuous system. The floor covering is hygienic, non-porous, impenetrable to liquids and is easy to clean.
The system is available in a wide range of colours with very good UV and colour fastness. Polycomp Comfort has a fire classification of Bfl-s1 and has low emissions according to the standard from the German committee for health-related evaluation of building products.

Polycomp X-Crete is ideal wherever there is a high mechanical and chemical load on the floor and is highly resistant to shock impact.
The surface has anti-slip properties of the category R9. Polycomp X-Crete is odourless, which means the transfer of odour to food can be excluded. It meets the HACCP and GMP guidelines of the food processing industry.
The covering can be cleaned easily using a hot water and steam jet cleaner.

PUR concrete for the highest demands for kitchens and food processing companies
Polycomp X-Crete+ is ideal wherever high mechanical and chemical load-bearing capacity is required for the floor. The coating has a very high thermal shock resistance in the range of -40°C to +120°C.
The surface has anti-slip properties of the category R10-R12. Polycomp X-Crete+ is odourless, which means the transfer of odour to food can be excluded. It meets the HACCP and GMP guidelines of the food processing industry.
The covering can be cleaned easily using a hot water and steam jet cleaner.
